Who runs this site

This is the personal website of Tomas Mical, ski coach and snowsports educator based in Aspen, Colorado. It is not the website of Aspen Snowmass Ski & Snowboard School or of any other employer, association or partner mentioned on it.

Lessons and other services

Nothing on this site is a booking or a binding offer. Private lessons in Aspen Snowmass are booked through Aspen Snowmass Ski & Snowboard School and follow the school's own terms and prices. eCoaching, workshops, education and consulting are agreed individually, usually by email, and what we agree on (dates, price, cancellation) applies to that service.

Contacting me

You can write to me through the form, by email or on WhatsApp. If you send me a link to a video of your skiing, I use it only to coach you and I do not publish it without your permission.

Client accounts

The client library is for people I work with. You can create an account with your name, email address and a password. Keep your password to yourself and let me know if you think someone else is using your account. I can approve, decline or deactivate an account, for example when we no longer work together. You can delete your account at any time in your account settings.

Content in the client library

Videos, articles and personal video analyses in the client library are for your own use. Please do not download, copy, share or publish them, and do not share your login. Links to unlisted videos are private and are not to be passed on.

Skiing is at your own risk

The content on this site is general coaching material. It does not replace a lesson with a coach who can see you ski, and it cannot take the conditions, your equipment or your health into account. You ski at your own risk and are responsible for your own safety and for following the rules of the resort you are in.

Ownership

Texts, photos, videos and the design of this site are mine or are used with permission. Photographers are credited where their photos appear. You are welcome to share links to public pages. Please ask me before copying or reusing any content.

Testimonials

Testimonials on this site are published with the permission of the people who wrote them.

Links to other websites

The site links to other services, such as Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, Carv and the ski school. I am not responsible for their content or for how they handle your data.

Liability

I take care with what I publish here, but I cannot guarantee that the site is always complete, up to date or available. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for any damage resulting from using the site or its content.

Changes

I may update these terms. The version and the date are shown at the top of this page, and the version you agreed to is stored with your account. If a change matters for client accounts, I will let you know by email.
